I`m still looking for a main windows control unit for my e1, i`ve been told there the same as a proton but these also seem to be like hens teeth!!! does anyone have one for sale?

IIRC the Proton part is a grey colour instead of the black of the Lancer part. Just do what everyone else does and rob the bits out of one of the back door switches

yeah, i was gonna do that but after i tried gluing the internals i got a bit 'heavy handed` with it and snapped some of the plastic inside........... then lost the bit i snapped

Ring Gaz though as he doesn't check his pm's very often.

I know of one chap who got one from the main dealers but it wasn't cheap £160 ish I think.
