Recently had a Motec M800 fitted to my MR with more Mods to come. I would like to monitor boost, just to know what is going on under the bonnet and to facilitate future mappings.
Presumably, all I need is a boost guage, and not a boost controller?
I definitely like those Defi Digital Guages. Anyone know who can supply and fit?

I would say yes, it's always important to monitor boost levels.
You don't really need a Boost controller if you are planning to run the same level of boost at all times.

But....for the cost of a Blitz DSBC or Greddy Profec B11 (£200'ish) I would fit the controller and have all the functions, Boost display, peak boost, variable boost control etc etc.
