difference between a import and a brit

not too much m8, rear wiper on the import, climate control on the import whereas the uk has ac, uk has fog light in the garnish lights import has it in the bumper or below it. i think thats about it

oh gd, its just the insurance is coming up 500 cheaper for brit model so didnt ne if their was any difference in performance at all, and whats the gsr model?

oh one more thing what about the tommi makinen one and the ralliart? whats so specail about these? i must sound stupid but i dont no anyone who has an evo so dont no anything about them apart from they look awsome.

we talking about the same cars? UK evo 6 GSR's have a rear wiper too, AND climate control AND fogs.

aint they are all imports

On VI GSRs there is no difference between a UK or import car, they were effectively all imports. You might come across an RSII or RSX but it's unlikely, these are a bit different. Basically go for the best you can buy with a good history if possible.

Don't get hung-up on import status, if your insurer is asking for a big difference in premium switch to one that knows a**e from elbow.

Good luck finding one anyway, if you're looking at a private purchase the For Sale section on here is a good bet.
