Meant to put a quick word in about DS Uno compound.
It is truly awesome, Ive put it in my (now ex) Clio 200 and the Evo and can honestly say its the best friction material Ive personally tried so far. Mega bite, feels the same from new till worn out, huge temperature window, lots of dust but not as bad as some!! And didnt squeal in any of mine so far.
Well worth a look guys.

Will the Pair of grooved discs and Carbotech XP8's be fine for road use and some tracks days?

Id go for the 2 piece disc option if you plan to do trackdays.

How much for a set of giro disc 2 piece discs and set of girodisc magic pads, mostly road use maybe 1 or 2 trackday a year?. For E8.

Girodisc & Carbotech XP8 pads is a good combination for fast road & trackday.
If you are looiking for brakes for a full weight / powerful car (400+BHP) or you are partiulary heavy on brakes, you may need a setup with more thermal capability. If so check Alcon & AP Kits.
