Anyone know what the optimum cool down time is for e6, manual says 60 seconds or more, does more equal another sixty seconds or what?

Whats the general consensus on turbo timers.

I heard that these babies weren't legal to have in your motor? Presumably because you aren't in control of the vehicle when the engine is running?

Its illegal to leave the car unattended with the engine running. So with a turbo timer you still have to sit there (technically).
I never bothered, I just wait a minute if its be a normal run and two minutes if its been a long journey/spirited run. Why spend money on some numbers that count down ?

I've never seen a turbo timer run for longer than 2 minutes, so I guess thats about maximum.
