Recently invested in the new upgrade, grooved front discs, braided hoses and pagid blue pads. Initially the squeal was horrendous, embarrasing even.

Have just given them a proper test at the Donnington trackday, did 110 track miles around the shortened circuit with absolutely no fade, really impressed with their performance. Was hitting 120 on Starkeys straight going into Goddards and they took the speed off very efficiently, found that I was consistently able to cut the braking to half the distance the cones were set at. It allowed me to keep pace with a lot of motors that would previously have left me floundering. No judder at all and now no squeal either.

This has helped me decide not to bother with the tinkering engine upgrades I was considering, just going for an HKS exhaust so that it sounds the part.

Including labour it was around £600 all in, cheaper than a pair of standard mitsi front discs!
