Hello all my Evo IX has developed a clicking noise which sounds like it's coming from my drivers side rear wheel, it gets louder when I turn left but stops doing it if I touch the brakes or the handbrake, would people say this could be a brake problem or a wheel bearing?

Regards Chris

Mine does exactly the same.
Comes and goes but our clicking seems to be speed related and gets faster as speed goes up.
And it's not doing it at moment but always comes back.

I will check the wheel tightness again as I have recently just fitted brand new wheels on the car, the noise gets louder the further I drive the car, there is no clicking when I first get in the car when cold but after I've done probably around 8-10 miles it starts

Checked the wheel nuts at lunch time and all locking ones were loose so hopefully that will solve the problem if not I'll keep looking
