chipped ecu

hi someone must have this ecu sitting on shelf or bucket doing nothing i need to get car on road now its been off road since 1996 all bodywork is done so can someone please help me out i will pay good price for it as i said must be working though

What Lancer do you need an ECU for & what do you mean by "chipped"?
