i have noticed in the last 6 months alot of evos popping up around the northants area.


from evo3s right through to 6s and 7s


i was down at riverside on friday and a blue evo 6 turns up with a kid about 18 in it he got out with a floppy hat on and some of them spivie glasses on ...

he comes over to me saying wow i like ya evo mate are you going to lower it and put some 19s on it at this point im almost in tears .


its going to get worse aswell as the more they come down in money the more affordable it will become to teenages

Its going to happen Jase, its one of those unfortunate aspects of owning a car thats becoming more and more accessible to the masses

I think they'll be out of reach of teenager and a lot of people in their 20s for a while yet, and probably forever in the cases of most teenagers. Even if the buying price is affordable the insurance will be sky high, that's if they will offer insurance in the first place. I bet if this person was in his teens his insurance won't be fully comp in his name!!

They're the clever ones. The fine for driving with no insurance is cheaper than the insurance itself, which never pays out anyway.

re teenagers running Evo's....if they drive them like they drive they do the Nova's & Shitroen AX's round here at night they'll be broke from maintaining them. Unlike insurance, its not like you can go anywhere with the clutch hanging out is it !
