Just got HKS 272/272 intake/exhaust cams. Is it safe to use my original valvesprings with these cams, as long as I don't raise the revlimit above stock?

I've been told that it should be safe. However, I've also been warned of potential valve float, given the higher lift profile of the cams. If I keep the revs at the stock 7000 RPM limit will this still be a problem?

Any inputs would be much appreciated!

no you cannot
higher lift,chances std springs becoming coilebound etc
they are cheap........just do it properly !

hks do a good set for there cams also jun , try to get titanium caps and do not for get vernier pulleys best of luck regards EVO400
