Currently running a standard exhaust system on the EVO VI. Would like to get a backbox (don't want to change the downpipe, cat, etc, too much like hard work) that isn't too loud at motorway speeds, but gives a nice exhaust note when accelerating, generally giving the car more presence.

Can any of you recommend any?

I'm in south london, if anyone is around to let me listen to theirs....

Well if its just the backbox your after try the Blitz Nur spec, fits straight on to standard system and if I remember correctly includes the pipe which gives a straighter exhaust route(not 100% sure about this). for more info visit
www.blitz-uk.co.uk price is about 250 quid plus vat(again not 100% sure). From what i,ve heard with the baffles out these back boxes are very loud. visit their site for more info.

How about a Ralliart stainless steel back box? Nice deep burble, quiet when cruising. They cost over £400 new, but as luck would have it, I've got a slightly used one for £100 (had to make way for a Magnex full system
