I have a completely standard Evo 6 GSR and am wanting to increase the power to about 340-350bhp. Ive been advised to fit the following items:
Blitz Nurspec exhaust system with de-cat pipe,
hks induction kit,
hks spark plugs,
uprated fuel pump,
boost controller,

Does this sound like a reliable upgrade and should the conrod bolts be replaced or any other parts require replacing to cope with extra power.
Can anyone also recommend a tuning company local to yorkshire who can work on the car and supply tuning parts.

You will also need an uprated ECU to allow you to run more boost.

If you're not planning on going any further with mods then something like a Ralliart Sports ECU or Power Engineering remap will suffice. If you're after something more exotic then look at the variety of prgrammable ECU's on the market (Gems, Autronic, Motec etc etc)

just had hks iridiums,hks racing suction kit,walbro pump and blitz boost controller fitted (already had decat) not replaced any hardware i believe ok upto 400 - 450 bhp,not RR'd yet but think my V is about 330bhp.depends where in yorkshire you are as to who to use.i got the plugs and racing from rse(member of forum) ask tina there big help on parts and knowledgeable

I have 321BHP via PST RR in Luton with no more that the following mods.
Dawes device set at 1BAR (14psi) a Magnex turbo back exhaust with decat pipe.

So with no engine mods I.E cams what should I fit next APS air kit or some ones elses, uprate the ECU (WRC or PE) or replace the ECU ?

It's time the car had new belts and plugs. but what else.
