Evo X engine, complete without ancillaries. Supplied, built, installed and mapped by Tim at Race Developments. Using a new, later block (with the :mitsi: modified lubrication) Parts cryogenically treated before assembly.
With mapping time and one wet track day it has done approximately 220 miles
Darton MID sleeves bored and honed to 89mm using a torque plate and correct fixtures.
89mm CP pistons with updated, superfinished pins
Carrillo Pro-H rods with uprated CARR bolts
Stock Mitsubishi crankshaft, superfinished.
Gas flowed and ported cylinder head
Super tech 35mm intake valves (nitrided) and 30mm exhaust valves (inconel)
Uprated timing chain, tensioner and oil pump chain
Cosworth 90mm head gasket
ARP head and main stud kits
Kelford stage 2 camshafts
Kelford Valve spring kit
Engine fully balanced and blueprinted
The engine is as good a specification you're ever going to need to put whatever power you like through it, it'll run from standard through most turbo/ power levels
At present the engine is out of the car and in Leeds, on a proper support cradle to protect the sump etc.
