hi all,even though i have instructions for this ,can anyone tell me in laymans terms what
scramble,scramble time and gain are and do

anyone care to share settings they have used

Brian,
The gain controls the speed at which boost pressure is achieved, the higher the gain setting the the faster the boost comes on. If your EVO is not too heavily tuned then you should set the gain at 20 - 25, this is high enough any more and the boost becomes unstable.
I think the scramble mode is just an over boost, I wouldn't advise you to use this.
Can you let me know if your solenoids make a lot of noise when on full boost, mine sound terrible.

Got gain on 100,cannot hear noise at all,car goes well,very well.
