To be honest, most internal components of a monotube damper are going to be pretty silimar.
Things like oil, shims, wear tape, o-rings, etc are all going to be pretty close.
The only major difference is the piston, and Bilstein piston isn't really magical as it is still a mass produced piston.
It's about the company building the damper having knowledge of how to assemble all the parts to achieve the desire result.
Having a Bilstein piston in a damper does nothing to prove a suspension quality or performance.
