I have fully refurbished AP front and back ,new discs and pads. However unless you offer very strong money they ain't going anywhere!

I think you've missed out on the sales; Indigo were offering 10% discount on everything (this was when I bought my kits) over the hols, but maybe give Antony a ring and he might still do you a similar deal on some new Alcons..?
