I think the guys at Protyre Motorsport do them. They always seem to be knee deep in slicks at track days

If they don't supply slicks themselves, I'm sure they will know a man that does ...

£30 per used slick.

Very light wear, but only for collection at trackdays etc at this price. They also fit tyres to rims and change wheels for you and check pressures after sessions for a very modest surcharge.

even so that isn't going to be that much maybe another £30 for a set?

not bad £150 for a set of tyres.

norm, one question i didn't ask protyre is whether they have different compounds i.e softer/harder ones, do you know?

The Protyre slicks are ex BTCC 235/610R17 Dunlops. I think they just use one compound.

When I spoke to them a few weeks ago, they said P&P would be about £16.

I had words last week and was quoted £54 + VAT for delivery of 14 tyres - ie about £18 for 4, so not far off. May be worth calling and asking when they are coming to a trackday near you so you can collect...
