Halfords or any normal/electrical motor factor should have them, they are soldered onto the cable normally, so get the screw type fittings, and depending what model you have, poss a six? (not sure of newer versions) you will need to ask for the 'Small Jap terminals' as standard ones are too big.
They'd have to be badly corroded to need replacing, have you tried to clean them up first?
