I was wondering whether anyone was going to the Banzai Bonanza Japanese car day @ Crail Raceway this Sunday the 3rd of April?

I heard it was a good event last year and if the weather holds out it should be a good event this year! Who is up for it?

I'm going up if its not raining, forecast for light showers on sunday at the moment. Will be trying to improve on my 12.9 sec 1/4 mile time if I go.

il not be going in the evo or the pulsar thanx to not getting the evo back and ecu problems on the pulsar looks like itl be the civic then but other half wont let me rag it round the handling circuit! :blah:

I was up at Crail 2day! I got a best time of 13.18 against 550 bhp skyline tho and he sorta beat me!! Is that a good time I got never been before, any1 c me was in the blue evo VI which was popping and bangin?

Hi mate, I saw you at Crail. I was in the silver IV, my best time yesterday was 13.3 sec @ 103. I tried different tyre pressures to my previous visit but I went too low and it cost me time. 2 weeks ago I ran a 12.9 @ 106.6.

Hello. I was also there in my evo1. Best time was 13.34 seconds against the RB5. Hoping to break in to the 12s once i get a new actuator and fuel pump fitted. The track was way too busy in the afternoon, was much better in the morning.

I was there and saw you all. Got a best of 14.5 so was well chuffed. Come on the 1.8. Some crazy fast cars there. AWD's Pulsar is just silly . The aim now is to get into the low 14's and hopefully a bit lower so who knows.

Hi guys I was there too, ( spectating only ).
Ma motor was in the carpark.
Generally thought all the Evo boys flew the flag well.

I was well impressed with Evo 330.
It wasn't half creating a stir with the bangs and pops!
What Bhp you running?
Is it doing that because of the boost or unspent fuel passing through the engine?

Next time I'll need to give mine a wee Bash at the Thrash.

I got 12.98 first ever run up the 1/4 mile................
I liked the drifting / handling circuit better!
Dont think my e-brake and tyres did though!
It would be great if there was some more cars at that bit, although the lorry tractor unit was worth watching!

Glad the weather held out, made all the diffrence!
All in good day out! Even the bird enjoyed it!
