After testing 2 E6es on the rolling road, both using the white plastic boxed Ralliart ecu, it turned out that one car had a much (dangerously) leaner mixture than the other.
The car with the richer mixture was much stronger than the car with the dangerously lean mixture, using just about the same boost level.
The main differences between the cars are different airfilter/intake (factory setup on the very lean car, freeflow with cold airbox on the richer running car), the stronger car using a boostcontroller vs the lean car with Dawesdevice and different exhaust setups.
Can these cause such a different mixture, or are the Ralliart ecu's possibly differently programmed?

I don't know if the differences in spec could explain the lean running or not. However, when you say Ralliart ECU do you mean they are both sports ECU's? Or are they standard, or don't you know? There are 2 ECU's that they could be, the standard factory one and the Ralliart Sports ECU. In addition, remember that PE can reprogram these ECUs. I personally wouldn't suspect a rogue program.

Is the lean running throughout the rev range? There have been stories of the Sports ECU running lean at high revs.

Re:Are there more than one Ralliart

Try swapping the ECU's round and redoing the test that should answer your question as to whether it's the car/setup or ECU.

There is several (three) different version of the Sports ECU.

MOO

just so everyone else knows Claudius says that the 3 versions are Grp N, Jap Grp N and Fast road

and you can tell by the part number

AND Lee is running 16:1 ratio :D
