I could really do with someone who speaks the language to see whats going about my useless bumper!

Its dragging on and no where fast. It wont be on for GT battle now

Envy are only communicating via email/fax which is taking forever and I'm out of pocket on a usless bumper and labour paints, mesh etc.

These people offer various interpreting services but they are not particularly cheap (~£3 per minute for phone interpretation). I can't vouch for them because I have never used them.

Do you have a Japanese restaurant nearby? If so, you could alway ask them to interpret. Just a thought.
