Jason,

That is spooky mate, I packed up the dreaded **** 8 weeks ago yesterday.

Like you I feel alot better, and I can finally get up in the morning without coughing my lungs up.

Respect to those of you who have given up. I know how hard it is. I smoked 35 a day but gave up 17 years ago for what I thought was love. Only good thing to come out of my first marriage :D

Its tough going but it really is worth it. Keep going - the cravings do get less.

I really wish I can give up the ****. Even went to roll your own to try and cut down to give up. But I thought I would have to give tabacco up all together and I have to have one enjoyment in my life. I don't drink very often, don't get out much due to commitments. So this has just given me the info I think I need. You can give up and still have the weed.
Well once the duty free's have gone I will give it a bash. God help Neil, the kids and the poor old car as they will probably have a really naggy mum for a while. At least with the money you can save I can put it in the tank for more anger management sessions lol.

Well done m8.
