would it be worth getting a 4G63 non turbo engine block from a 2002 galant? i believe the oil squirters dont exist on the block but is anything worth keeping? or can it be modified?
perfect thanks pal ill look at the mounting points :smthumbupFrom the internals, the crankshaft and rods will work with the turbo pistons. The rods are the same size and (I therefore expect) strength as stock rods. I'm currently running some Galant rods at 1.7bar.
I have not tried fitting the block itself into an Evo but a mechanic told me that some bracket mounting points were different, I believe that was for the alternator.
