March 2006 Evolution ix FQ320

22,000 miles

Full service history
warranty till 2009.
2 owners from new me being the second !

Car as...
De-cat pipe , Hks panel filter ,
Group N disc's
Goodridge braided hoses and
Ferodo DS2500 pads allround ,
Tinted Glass..

in pic's below she is
Sitting on brand new 18" 9.5 Rota Drifts with brand new Dunlop Sp1's
witch were on the car for 2days, so are still brand new..

Looking for £21995 with Rota's
Or £20,500 with standard Wheels.

Cheers!!

I've thought about doing the bits to it as i love the car & colour,,
would probably cost around the 4k for tunning, spliter,genorator and gauges plus would like to have peace of mind of warranty..
Its a hard one!! :goingmad:

And your 2nd issue, you want rid of the PVC:smthumbup for some proper leather.

Cos if i was to spend roughly around 3.5 4k on tunning spliter , genorater gauges and pvc as peeler made out :crackup: plus mine only as 1years warranty remaining, I would think it would be better solution to put the money towards sumit that has already got all extra's plus is a newer car less miles and longer warranty..
But like i say its a hard one to decide.

how much have you claimed on the warranty to offset the 8k price difference?

You can buy the gauges for £250 on here, the spliter and vorex gen for under £200 all in, and can get someone local to ecuflash it, or a mail order ecuflash for well under £500.

Under a grand spent, same ownership experience and a cheaper car which will lose less money in the future.

if you change for a newer car you are just burning money and I can guarantee you that behind the wheel it won't feel £8k better.

Haha i thought most of ya's would think that...
If you can find me a carbon spliter and vor gen for that money i'll buy 2sets!!!
looking @ £480 spliter £280 vor gen £250 gauges 2k tunning plus traveling boat fare etc..
and if i sold wheels i would only be shelling out a couple of k on top of what i would be spending anyway for newer car..
but if it hasn't sold before i go on my hols i will be keeping her !

Totally agree you must be nuts to swap it for fq360 just for warrenty:wallbang:

RC would re-map the car - it will be totally safe & reliable (Mitsubishi warranty is not all that) certainly not sell a car with 1 years warranty to buy a new version (the same car) just for 2 years warranty ??:frust:

The RC tuning route is much better way to go!!! :smthumbup

Ave to agree Batty your not getting much for what its gonna cost, plus if the 9 starts to drop due to the X you should be ok where you are now but if you had a MR360 you could be in for a big loss!!
Stick with the 320 save your cash and get a GTR next year:smthumbup
