***** SOLD*************

It’s time to sell my 2003 Evo VIII FQ300, reg no. SC03 EVO (Scottish Evo!)

Two owners, I have owned the car since April 2007.

Mileage is 41,441 miles. I bought the car with approx. 29,800 miles on the clock. I did 254 miles last year, 1082 miles in last 3 years so not being used enough. Weekend car and doesn’t get used in the rain. Think I have been caught in rain about half dozen times over the last ten years.

Car is stored over winter, November to March

MOT’d until 26/3/18

Initially serviced by John at Extreme, Whitburn and then HQ Garage, Dalgety Bay for last three services including this year’s.

Running approx. 380bhp ATW.

Original mods carried out by RC Developments for first owner.
RC stage 2 package including Apexi ECU, Apexi induction kit, RPS uprated clutch kit and uprated Walbro fuel pump.

Since owning, I have had it remapped by John at Extreme and then checked by Russ Paton (now RA Motorsports) at HQ.

I have just fitted 4 new Michelin Pilot Supersport tyres which have done 234 miles since fitting at the end of last year. These replaced the Toyo T1-R’s that were fitted to the car when I purchased it. Geometry set for fast road by Graeme at Whiteline.

List of mods include:-

Cobra alarm and immobiliser
RAC Trackstar tracker
Russ Fellowes cat back stainless exhaust
Decat pipe (I have the cat!)
Ralliart RE-01 18” (Rays Engineering) alloy wheels
AP Racing brakes, 6 pot front and 4 pot rears. I have new front discs, pads and bell screws (cost £585 in 2012, still to be fitted!)
Whiteline bushes almost all round, think there are four at rear we left to give some compliance.
Whiteline ARB’s front and rear. Rear uses Whiteline brackets not original Mitsi ones.
Whiteline Roll Centre adjust kit (replacement kit fitted last year)
Versus coilovers with external cylinders with three way adjustment supplied by Whiteline. It is stiff but I prefer it that way but still OK for road use!
Samco red hoses
HKS head gasket and ARP head bolts
Blox Roll Stopper
Battery relocated to boot
Carbon slam panel, plug cover and cam cover.
Stainless exhaust shield
Tegiwa engine brace
9GT interior fitted. This is still like new. Back seat has hardly been sat on!
MLR seat covers fitted.
Ralliart floor mats
MR rear lights
Headlights de-tangoed and reflectors painted black as per MR style.
Vortex generator
Rear window and rear sides tinted for privacy.
Voltmeter and boost gauge fitted to driver’s side ‘A’ pillar.
New front splitter (cost £277), fibreglass with carbon front face.
Specialised Cars (I think) car cover that is fitted on car over winter. Think this is good for outside use as well.
Alpine CDA9812RB CD player with remote control.

One bad point is the bonnet and front bumper have a few stone chips.

I have all the parts that have been removed for the mods I have carried out i.e. original suspension,
Super Dragger exhaust, original ‘A’ pillar trim, cam cover, plug cover, battery tray, etc.
I also have a set of gaskets for the rocker cover as I was going to fit an oil catch tank but haven’t got around to it yet.
Also have a set of camber bolts and a number of trim buttons/clips.
Must be about £150 worth of Mitsubishi parts.
I have a large folder with all the receipts and past MOTs since I owned the car. Have some of the original receipts from RC Developments as well.

Car is located in Cowdenbeath, Fife

Contact me on 07879-xxxxxx if interested and I can email some more photos.

Thanks for looking.
