I have a brand new set of plugs sitting for it, so i dont need them from Mitsi.

Seriously tempted just to get them to do the AYC and get another garage to do the rest.

Only thing stopping me is the fact that the car has got a full mitsi service history from new, including in Japan which is rare. But just how much is it worth having a mitsi history compared to an independant???

oh and also dont need the air filter either... independant is starting to look more tempting..

Another question, car is going to be 4 years old in June, should I be looking at getting the bigger service done even tho it is pretty low mileage? Chances are the engine will be in bits at some point in the next 6-12 months for pistons, rods, bolts, cams etc. etc. should I just wait and do the big service at that point instead of wasting money just now????

ARgghhhh head is going to fry!

I've asked this before for my 8 - but thats still under warranty but for my 4 i did just that £60 for the yaw and did the rest my self with parts from co-ord sport - dates matched milage stated of mitsu yaw reciept. This proved no problem when i traded the car against a horrible Porker which was then sold by the dealer through trade to extreme. Frankly don't think it will make much of a difference to the value
