Cool FX dude , did u drop acid b4 u posted border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle >

External wasytegate,
The wastegate on a turbo charger is a valve used 2 control boost pressure operated by a signal from the ECU via a wastegate actuator.
On most factory turbo installations the wastegate is built in 2 the turbo itself.

On upgraded , larger turbos developing more boost pressure , a larger wastegate is required , and because the wastegate needs 2 flow more gas the solution is a remote wastegate mounted on optimised pipework.

U will always c external wastegates on highly modded cars with bigger turbos.

This is a very abbreviated description because I was getting 2 hot in my anorak [img] border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle >
