carbon plates frames

Hi, Anyone know where I could find carbon registration plate frames? I've seen them offered for US plates, but I cant find any at all offered for Euro plates - Ive googled, checked amazon and ebay,... - but no luck... Can it be that none does carbon Euro plates??? O
