6.5 wonít start Iím stumped

Fresh build on the 2.0 . Everything bolted to the motor is stock with the exceptions of 880cc RC injectors, JDC COP, and full exhaust. The car ran fine for 30ish miles. Several short drives with varying load. Started the car and let it warm up for 15-20 minutes. Went to drive it got about a mile down the road and it just died.
Checked all the fuses and theyíre all good.
Iím getting 40ish psi of fuel pressure
Havenít checked spark yet. Itís the next thing to check.

Found the noise condenser is gone and a bit of exposed wire. Could this grounding out cause an issue?

Just checked for spark. I’m not getting any. It cranks just fine but no spark.
Cam sensor is an evo 8 one and it’s brand new

So the rpms aren’t moving when I crank it. Seems like a crank position sensor. Any other ideas?

If the noise condenser has gone and the wire has grounded it will have blown one of the big fuses in the engine bay fuse box, happened on my 4 a few years ago, cant remember whether it was a 100 amp or 40 amp but check those.

Just realised you said you had checked the fuses, but mine had exactly the same symptoms when the noise suppressor wire earthed.

Mine died when the mechanic I USED to use with her managed to short out the noise suppressor to the accel cable. I don't think mine has it any more... I can't honestly remember but my main fuse went - It's a 40A I remember that... That wasn't a fun day - barely 1/2 a mile from the garage Best to get a new accelerator cable at the same time :P and make sure it's re-routed so it doesn't cross any wires or rub anyway
