Evo IX FQ-360

So today is a sad day, here for sale is my pride and joy Evo IX FQ-360. Iíll be very sorry to see it go and would love to keep it but I think itís time for a change and unfortunately I canít afford to keep this as well as get something else

I have owned the car for over 6 years, 2 of which it was SORN and not driven due to me being out the country. Currently thereís less than 50 of these left on our roads!

It has been meticulously looked after; always been garaged, not taken out when salt on roads (in fact it barely leaves the garage over winter), itís only been driven in the rain a handful of times in my ownership, only ever parked away from other cars and always warmed up and cooled down correctly. When being washed I have always used two bucket method, Pre-wash and snowfoam; all using premium products such as gtechniq, collinite, bilt hamber etc.

It currently has just over 41000 miles on the clock which wonít rise too much.

It had a full body under seal done with dinitrol last year including removing wheels, bumpers, side skirts, fuel tank and prop shaft for access to clean and treat it all. During this the fuel tank was replaced with a genuine brand new mitsi one from Ross sport because of some corrosion on the weld join of the filler pipe on the tank (the previous under seal that was done had done all underside but not the tank). The tank was then fully treated with dinitrol all over before refitting.

Whilst the underseal was being done I also had some paintwork items done including full repaint of side skirts, front bumper (including filling of number plate holder holes) and rear bumper (brand new bumper fitted and sprayed without the fog light cut out). The fog light is now wired up to what was the OSR reverse light with an LED bulb so you wouldnít know until you reverse or use the rear fog.

Itís last MOT was done October 2019 and passed with no advisories.

Main points:

-September 2006 IX FQ-360 (number 032) in Ruri blue

-Mitsi Cobra alarm fitted

-Both keys & fobs present

-FSH from a mix of main dealer (early days) and reputable specialists (including evotune and auto torque)

-Last service done at auto torque Feb 2019 at 40221 miles which included cambelt replacement

-Brake fluid replaced this month with RBF600

-Vehicle had full fast road wheel alignment and corner weighting done at Northampton Motorsport Oct 2018 at 40028 miles

-Tons of invoices for parts and services as well as all original literature

-Evo X front Brembo brakes fitted (slightly bigger) with girodisc discs

-brand new HKS super power flow air filter fitted last year

-New Bosch battery fitted this year

-Toyo R1-R 235/40 R18 tyres fitted all round

-Evo X enkei wheels

-hardwired 320lph fuel pump

-ASNU 1000cc injectors

-3 port boost solenoid

-Goodridge braided front brake lines

-Braided oil cooler lines

-BC coilovers

-Decat pipe fitted & high flow sports cat supplied

-Genuine carbon fibre vortex generator, rear spoiler blade, bonnet vent and front splitter fitted. All carbon is in great condition and has no peeling lacquer or damage (front splitter has been replaced by me with a genuine MR splitter - none of the heavy fibre glass reinforced carbon stuff you can get)

-All brake calipers refurbed this year

Bad Points:

-Brakes intermittently squeal (because of high performance pads)

-Couple of scratches on glovebox lid plastic and a couple of other plastic trims

Located in Northamptonshire

£24000

Would prefer it to go to another like minded enthusiast so will list here exclusively at first before going to autotrader, pistonheads etc

Thanks for looking and please feel free to ask any questions

Injectors and FPR were replaced by autotorque and they used DS automotive for the dyno. Yes I have the prints
