4 Star Classics?

Hello

Has anyone bought from 4 star classics? Any feedback would be great.

I'm going to have a look at the III they have...

They usually set the pace in pricing modern classics.

Seem to have a great reputation however...…

Although that III looks superb there's very few people out there who are after early evo's - they just weren't popular at all (I've had 4 but in the minority).
Even when they were circa £4k for a minter (that's what I paid for a very low mileage II GSR about 10 years go) they still didn't shift.

So the problem with that or any other early evo now is it would lose money like a stone - especially as it approaches the magic 100k miles that even less people want irrespective of age of the car. (The car has been for sale for a long time and don't get me wrong I would love it aswell but not at anything like that price).
Other things to consider are early evo's can suffer from crankwalk as mileages increase, along with crunching gearboxes and all parts for them are now becoming very hard to source.

They do have very nice stock.

But - their prices are high. They were very slow to answer my emails about two previous cars I was interested in.

I didnít get the feeling they gave me full disclosure on the questions I asked.

Overall - a car dealer. Get the right car youíre looking for at the right price, all good.

But doing your own due diligence is King.
