Attention - Changes to the site newsletter

Hello,

We are pleased to announce we are implementing a new method in which we send out site newsletters. The new newsletter will have a cleaner template and sent out to patriating forum members once a week. We have added an example below of how it will look. This change will not have any negative impact on members receiving newsletter and will not impact the site with any downtime.

Thank you,

Community Support

What the **** kind of **** show are you guys running? You’ve lost members and traders because of your incompetence. Who gives a **** about a news letter.

Oh thank god for that I was wondering when you were going to sort the weekly news letters out.

TRY SORTING THE PROBLEMS WITH PICTURES OUT no one give a dam about news letters, time wasted as far as we’re all concerned!!!

When you copy and paste the same message to many forums then realise it has a typo

Unless we really do only get the newsletter if we're transferring legislative power from one country to another....

So much you seem to be fixing when it didn't appear broke. You don't even seem to get renewed membership packs out either. You're going to be very busy fixing things.

The newsletter is not managed by the support and operations teams. It has nothing to do with the fixes being investigated.

I’ve got to share the sentiment of previous posts - I’d rather efforts were focused on preserving and developing a forum that has a huge amount of knowledge including pictures/guides/progress threads instead of marginal improvements to a newsletter!

Let’s get the content right before focusing on the ‘pretty’ stuff?

The problem is Phillip is all that is happening is you’re all admitting mistakes AFTER there’s a problem.

Do you understand that members and traders have and are leaving?

What is being done here? And please don’t say you’ve raised it as a problem and blah blah blah.

This is now weeks and weeks with problems

I am fully aware of all you are saying. I will work on getting a more granular response if I can to the technical issue we the operations team has been working on.
