Hi All

Ok first of all we want to clear a few things up... The bad press that we are recieving on here is from certain individuals that we have never dealt with.
Powerplay UK take pride in the preparation of all vehicles. We are completely transparent in the vehicles description with no hidden agendas.
All our Japanese auction vehicles come complete with the auction sheets, Japanese paperwork and a translation report.
We do not purchase or stock accident damaged vehicles (RA) However we will stock vehicles that have had replacement parts (R) aslong as we have an understanding of what parts have been replaced. An R graded vehicle is NOT necessarily an accident damaged vehicle which some people do not understand.

We do not advertise vehicles with a false grade if its a grade 3.5 we will tell you its a 3.5.

We have recently teamed up with Momentum so all vehicles now come complete with a 3 Months Momentum Secure warranty free of charge including parts and labour this is extendable to 12 months at a cost of £299

Powerplay UK has never traded under a different name nor been associated as any other company this is a complete misunderstanding from somewhere. We have an indoor showroom and have never advised a customer that we would meet them at a mutual location this is simply untrue.

We do not advertise vehicles that are not physically available however our stock does turn over incredibly fast.
We can only apologise if you have been unsuccessful in getting through on the phones but again we are very busy and dont have a huge workforce, we do try to ensure we call back any missed calls.

If you have ever met with us you will know that we are always here to help no matter how far down the line.

A simple fact.....we cannot please everybody.. however we have a huge portfolio of extremely happy customers and a handfull that are not

If you are willing to believe the online rumours then thats fine but please dont repost when you have never met us or been on site. If you do come to our premises and are unhappy or disappointed for what ever reason then by all means visit the guys at DCY Europe or Torque GT they are good guys with good stock.

We are a freindly and approachable team that are here to help... please make contact if you have any questions or queries

Kind regards

I’d be willing to come up & have a look at what you have in stock & make my own mind up. I’m actively looking for a nice clean 6 or a 9.

Probably doesn’t help their argument when the car in the OP looks like the pits lol. Should always give people the benefit of the doubt (at least if making derogatory posts) if you haven’t dealt with them directly, though. Car communities are the worst for living vicariously through other people’s experiences.

Fiar enough.

But as someone has pointed out in another thread, how can you advertise a car with lower miles when we can find the actual milage from the auction sheet via carvx.

Do you clock cars?

........I can wait

Looks like a rusty nail. OP, try and find a nice unmodified car, and get the thing inspected whatever you do.

Thought Iíd give powerplay the benefit of the doubt after their long message but after calling them twice & messaging them Iíve still got no answer. Obviously they must be doing well & donít want my custom.

OP, don't know teh dealer and have had no dealings with them but the lines on the back of that car look off to me. The boot doesn't appear to sit right.

Regardsless of who the seller is (if it is a dealer or a member on here) the car looks 'off' to me.

There are a lot of cars for sale here by members and well known traders, why not have a look in the for sale section.

Also, if a car is bought on eBay (or any online store) is it covered by distance selling regulations?
