Whine noise

Hi all new to the evo scene , picked up a evo 6 few weeks back

And seems to be a bit of a whine from front of the car more so in over 40kms in 3rd 4th and 5th gear and also still there when I hold the clutch in

Been reading up on it sounds like transfer box problem?

Is it a big job to repair this problem are parts easy got? Expensive?

Any feedback greatly appreciated

Speak to CliveW on here. He will be able to advise and fix the issue.

Had similar issues myself in any gear and only happened when my parents were in the car.

Would definitely recommend CliveW. He has not hesitated to give me advice and answer my questions, even though I'm all the way in Puerto Rico.

Good Luck!
