I had this one for a while and as much as I loved it I had to change because when I put my lights onto full beam* it would cut is out for a second and it would have to restart. Shame as I loved the electric angle memory which was ideal for where the stereo is on a 6

* Off course this has nothing to so with the light pod!!!

Postives:
You can have great background wallpapers
Memory tilt function looks so cool when it comes back out into your chosen postion
Looks good when all fitted in - more modern

Negatives:
Bit more power hungry
Hard to use sometimes (IMO)
Bit to complicated when you are trying to drive - well I found this Pioneer to be
(and unfortunately I cannot remember its model number, but it was a couple of years ago)

But although I lost my tilting function I did get some gauges instead
I now have a different headunit to this picture as I am finding the older I am getting the more simple I want a headunit to work
and the double DIN touch screen ones can be hard to work when you are trying to set the fastest stage time

I have double din xtrons android head unit. Fits perfect in the 5, nice and flush.

A few negatives : like stated above, hard to "control" when on the move, as there is no buttons on it. Also it takes a few seconds to boot up when first turning on the car.

A few positives : easy to fit great sound from it. Google playstore, so literally anything you want. Also has carplay and android auto. Cheaper price compared to the name brands also. Its basically a tablet in your dash.

Do all the car functions, (mirrors, central locking ect) that you had with the rockford still work ?
