Ii took calipers apart to remove the shim plates, which bolts need heat
Left Pistons and seals in, and used gaffer tape to protect Pistons as you can see in pic, left bleed nipples in and got two bolts same thread for banjo holes, to stop any media getting inside caliper

I then had them blasted using garnet but recommend bead blasting just no one here does it

I used a proper etch primer with two coats, flatted then a high build flatted, then the colours then lacquer, ideally apply stickers before laquer mine just haven't turned up yet

I got all new seals bleed nipples and covers and screws from Godspeed for 62 delivered, dealer wanted over 200 and everywhere else for two dust shields is 30 godspeed can't beat on price and help

This is just fears, I already have a big brake kit for front anyhow

Do you have a zinc coating kit or do you get the bolts sent away to be done?

Looking really good, been following your build since the start and it's seriously impressive how much you done in such a short space of time, at home!

Out of interest, what is the spray on wax lacquer you've used?

Got my driveshafts rebuilt

Hubs fitted

New speed sensors fitted

Hand brake cables all done

Stickers on calipers and relaquered

Discs fitted

Drop links being fitted

Caliper rebuild with new seals

Shims and Piston seal fitted

Half complete

Finished

And fitted

Carbon brake lines fitted

Need to get pad plates and pins but can't find them at reasonable prices so I'll clean mine up then can fit pads, handbrake has been adjusted as well

Just waiting on fuel line, two arm nuts and sensor brackets and the rear end is finished

Then I need to buy wheels and start the front with buying a gearbox and clutch

Not bad for a rattle can lol

No updates at mo now, can only just do a bit of tidying, as need to save for wheels, gearbox and clutch now

Not sure I'm loving the Katie Perry edition Pink calipers but everything else is very impressive - you should be proud
