MLR is it Value?

I pay a fee to come on here and find I can't search in the for sale forums, you can't attached photos to items that come up in a usable format. I wouldn't mind if it was a free site but I pay for the pleasure of a poor user interface. Is anyone else thinking of sacking MLR off, unless they improve?

I think most including myself use a 3rd party hosting site for photos? and the search function is very word specific.

dont think there is that many left to be honest. no idea why you cant search the for sales, that should work fine as you are showing as a paid member

The site is owned by VerticalScope, an American company that owns tons of forums.
Your subscription money goes to them, not the MLR.

With the small number of users here it's extremely unlikely they'll update the forum software or anything.

If all the money goes to Vertical Scope, why doesn't MLR just jump onto the facebook platform?

It would be great if the MLR was independently owned again.

There is an incredible amount of accumulated information buried away on the MLR.

I still find it one of the most useful and knowledgeable forums tbh. FB groups are full of both Genuine people but also a lot of Teapots that don't help................

MLR for me is still great, just a touch quiet. FB has its uses. But I’ve had issues on there with parts for sale etc, and some of the advice is close to embarrassing.
