Fast road geo setup

So I finally got round to taking my car in after having the Teins put in and it lowering quite a lot.

I took it to BTR prep as told to on here and I live near them.

I told him the car wasn't handling all that well and it didn't feel planted on the road.

I collected it 3 hours later and said it was miles out. It's now sat with 2 degrees neg camber at the front and 1.5 at the rear, he also adjusted the Toe on the rear and I can't believe the difference. The car won't let go on corners, I was falling out of my seat!! Car feels so plants it's like driving something else.

All in all I think if you do one thing to your car it should be this. What an improvement and for the money it's probably the best thing you'll ever do.

I'm not sure mate I didn't ask he just said he'd adjusted slightly to help it feel more planted.

It is without doubt one of the cheapest and most effective things you can do to an Evo. A tad more from camber on the front might have been worth having, but maybe try that another time

Yes, 3 would be going a bit too far for a road car, but 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 would be worth a go

I agree I've bit the bullet and gone all out and purchased some ohlins coilovers. The standard set up with the bilsteins on my IX didn't feel right at all.

Sound like you'll enjoy the car more though

Up around the fakenham area. The car isn't on the road that much as I'm only back from work every other week.

Haven't seen many Evo's about there really
