But it looks the part. The bmw m5 looks identical to the diesel version to the untrained eye.

Yes you’re right, they are rather understated, but I quite like that unassuming side though.
The thing that sways me about the 440 is that next to my 400 it wouldn’t look as special. I’ve got a VI RS-II as well so I ask myself why another Evo?
Only answer is that I love Evos........but that M5 is blinding.

It is so frustrating when you can’t make your mind up.

Maybe even checkout these guys for some extra horses: https://www.evolveautomotive.com/

These guys tuned my my M5 711/700 is was mental and sounded insane

I love Evos and have a couple but they donít come close, Iíve now got a F80 M3 and I love it, Ross Sport tuned so keeps me on my feet and on track can give the Evoís a good run for its money as long as itís dry

Someone on Scoobynet was asking about this type of M5 and they supposedly suffer engine and gearbox issues and he said a new gear box was replaced under warranty at a cost of £18k

As long as it was under warranty it wouldn't matter at all.

If you're looking to spend that kind of money and already have an X FQ-400, why not take a look at something really special, like a Ferrari F430?

I've already got the M5. I was just contemplating the Evo instead.
Now I have something else to consider too.....including leaving the wife so that'll change everything!

See how I feel when I get back from Israel.

Hi Ray, yes still working away to keep the horses in the stables! I am in Israel for now and due home in 2 weeks.
Haven't been near the RS in a while, but when home this time I am stripping the interior out of it to remove the cage. That'll be me able to make some progress with it then.

Not really joking about the wife. Think it's time to ring the bell and call time.

How's your little Cooper you bought?
