Need help, evo 4 not starting.

So left my dad's house, started no issue, drove about 15 miles and added £20 of fuel, again started no probs and drove another 15 miles home.
After about 3 hours of sitting in the driveway went back out and just turns over without attempting to start. Checked battery and starter, both OK. Checked fuel pump, again ok, sending fuel up to rail. Removed spark plugs, again seem OK but replaced with brand new ones and regapped them to 0.65. Checked and confirmed spark when turning over, again OK. I also removed the top timing cover and confirmed both pulleys are lined up with the marks on the rocker cover. Haven't had a chance to check crank pulley as it got dark out.
Not sure what's going on, my thoughts at this point is my balance belt has let go and possibly damaged the crank sensor or pick up, does this seem plausible?
Any ideas where to go next please?

Cheers Aj

I dont have evo scan or diagnostics. Is it pin 1 and 4 I bridge together and turn the ignition on to count the flashes?
Any other way or checking the cam sensor operation? If I disconnected it would the car possibly start from the crank sensor only and confirm the faulty camshaft sensor?

Cheers Aj

Crank sensor or Cam sensor. Mine had similar symptoms turned out was crank sensor. When car is cold it works fine, once up to temp just cuts out or doesn't start.

For what they cost and how easy they are to fit, it might be simpler to buy another cam sensor and just try it.

Wrench sensor or Cam sensor. Mine had comparable manifestations turned out was wrench sensor. At the point when vehicle is cold it works fine, once up to temp just removes or doesn't begin.
