Pleasantly surprised by local Mitsubishi dealership, constitution motors Norwich

I’ve never been a fan of Mitsubishi dealerships and haven’t been to one for years, always been to specialists instead. However, car was in to complete the recall & decided to also get the service done at the same time.

So off I set not expecting anything special, but walked into showroom, and was welcomed by a handful of staff who were really friendly, professional & polite. Glancing around the newly fitted out dealer ship and was very impressed with the design of the decor, all very much Jap based & Tokyo signage everywhere, felt really quite cool, all staff were in new jap Mitsubishi Tokyo jackets. I know none of that means anything unless the quality is there, but just felt Mitsubishi had taken a few steps in the right direction.

Whilst I left the car for the day they handed me the keys to the new L200 for the day, took that for the day and again pleasantly surprised! I drive a 3.2 wildtrak ranger, but I can honestly say this new L200 has improved massively since the 3,4,5 series. The design is much more aggressive & interior was very pleasing for a truck.

So back to the dealership at 4, again welcomed with a coffee & presented my bill and service report and confirmation letter to confirm recall job had been completed. So I thought ok time to go, no “hold on sir” the mechanic just wants to have a quick talk... ok, mechanic just wanted to run through what he’s done, ok, nice experienced mechanic has quick chat then walked to my car by a nice staff member.

I know it’s not an exciting story but I drove away thinking “what a bloody good experience I’ve had today” & also reasonably priced. Now if all Mitsubishi dealers could follow suit & Mitsubishi as a car manufacturer carry on in this way I’m sure they could win back a few customers.

So massive well done to Constitution Motors Norwich. anyone looking for a dealership I’d highly recommend based on my experience

Cheltenham Mitsubishi have always been pretty good too. Ive always had decent experiences with them from parts ordering to general services. I'd recommend them!

I can also vouch for the customer service I’ve received from constitution motors Norwich.

Every member of staff is pleasant and a joy to deal with.

When I started the restoration on my car they were all very helpful and egger to see the progress that I was making.

The service I received from the girls on the parts counter was second to none, the effort they went through to help was well beyond what they’re expected to do.

When the car was finished I stopped by to say thank you for all their efforts and even the sales manager came out to have a look over the car.

If only every car dealership was the same.
