Changing inner tie rods/steering arms Evo 6

Hi

Anyone got any advice on how to reach the inner tie rods front steering arms to get a tool or spanner on the arm as its covered underneath by suspension parts and exhaust downpipe. Do these have to be removed to gain access to the part where the spanner undoes the arm attached to the rack or am I missing something??

Any advice much appreciated

Thanks

ebay is littered with universal inner tie road removal/installation tools

I believe the evo 6 needs 31-32inch tool

Most universal tools are adjustable
