Wich specs on rota gt-r for my Evo V?

Im about to buy some Rota gt-r 18" for my evo V.

Want a flush fitment

9.5 feels like they are a bit to wide?

Something like 9 and what ET? Is 30 good?

9.5 ET30 will fit but you will need spacers on the front (10mm likely) so they clear the brembos, alternatively get ET30 rears and ET20 fronts, this will clear ok.

If you have aftermarket brakes this might not be an issue.

at 9.5 depending on the tyre you fit (usual is 245/40/18) it will rub the plastic lining on full lock

you could re-mould the lining or try a lower profile tyre

hope this helps

I was going to say, isn't a 9.5 rim far to wide for a V?

Iv got 18 x 8.5’’ with 245 40 tyres et 35 on my 6, it’s on Ohlins and not very low, it just catches the front arches on full lock but will depend how much camber you run, the rears just scrub slightly under hard compression, I think I will try 245 35s next which should solve all the scrubbing, hope that helps

18x9, et30, 235 40 18 tyres, 10mil spacers on front to clear Brembos, 10mil spacers on rear to compliment the fronts, perfect fit.
18x9.5 too big.
