Now up for £27,999 on eBay.

This car seems to get passed around a fair bit and still nobody has taken those hideous wheels off.

Most auctions you pay VAT on the auction buyers fee as well, and then as you say, 20% VAT on the profit you make when you sell the car.

Looks like the same pictures as before so might be the same garage.

Something very dodgy about this car. I tried to buy this car. It was last at Sarah Cox Cars who seemed to have a good reputation. When I enquired about it after seeing this orginal thread I was told that they bought it from a dealer who had taken ill for two years so didnít sell it. Sarah Cox ended up buying a few cars from them.

I asked to put down a deposit but the guy said he was actually away to take it off for sale as he has had a few enquiryís about it but he needed to get it serviced at Mitsubishi to maintain the service record then was going to put it to a performance garage to look at it to ensure it was mint. He couldnít guarantee the price as he knew he had to replace all the discs and pads and the boot needed resprayed.

I emailed twice about the car asking when it was going to be available to buy but heard nothing. Now itís at a new dealer for 1k less than Sarah Cox was selling it. Clearly not much work has been done to it and something is up if they have passed it onto someone else. Maybe a genuine reason but why would a dealer buy a car then sell it onto another dealer for obviously less than they were selling it at and could have sold it to me.

I did do a vehicle check on this car and all came back good. If someone is looking at this I would suggest asking Sarah Cox Cars about it first.
