What exactly were your symptoms of this failure? Did you get intermittent warnings or a single occasion when a warning appeared and then stayed on until the wheel speed sensor was replaced?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "intermittent". My experience is that once a wheel speed sensor goes down it will register a fault in the ecu and that fault will remain until cleared using diagnostic kit. Are you saying that with your issue the problem isn't always apparent on initial start up?

Starts and goes for a few miles then the symbol that relates to the ayc starts flashing on and off at regular intervals while driving. HTH.

From my (limited) experience, that doesn't sound like a straightforward wheel speed sensor issue....

Well, it's 212 on my 2008 300 SST and 202 on a X RS. I suggest you try to validate that number by talking to a Mitsi main dealer or you could run it past RossSport.

Sorry i was being dumb...it is 212!! So thisd be the 2008 model as yours is also. Which would mean fault code for "low voltage" as i was told it is could successfully be deleted. As car now has brand new battery so cant be low voltage!

You really need to get it checked on Mut 3 diagnostics kit or expensive Snap On. I'd be really surprised if it was the abs unit itself that is actually your issue.
