Silver 2003 Evo VIII FQ300
[B]Silver 2003 Evo VIII FQ300 - *** SOLD ***
I have owned the car since December 2012. Since I have owned the car it has only ever been maintained by Rich at RG Motorsport (brilliant Evo specialist). The last service & MOT was October 2019 (Engine Oil / Filter (Millers Oil), Gear Oil, Brake Fluid change plus several upgrades (Braided Brake Lines, Brake Pads, uprated Brake Fluid,2x Toyo R888R Tyres, Rear Strut Brace). This would suit someone who requires an excellent base car with a lot of core work already done. The car is in great mechanical condition ready for day to day driving, fast road or track. The car is kept in a heated garage and not driven during the winter. Only driven in the dry for occasional weekend use. I have been averaging approx. 2000/3000 miles the last couple of years. The car has not been tracked heavily, I have done 3 track days in the 7 years I have owned it. I had originally intended to do a complete rebuild of the car (engine, brakes, transmission, body). It has been a tough decision to sell the car and after years of planning and purchasing parts I have decided to sell up and purchase a lightweight track car. I made the decision shortly after the last service, MOT and part upgrades in October 2019, so the new owner will have some nice parts with only a few hundred miles on them! I have created a separate advert for the parts which I am also selling: https://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=585785 Mitsubishi Evo VIII FQ300 2003 11 months MOT 88k Miles Full-Service History Silver No 231 4 Owners Engine Remap (May 2014) Walbro Uprated 255lph Fuel Pump (May 2014) 3 Port Solenoid (May 2014) Russ Fellows Exhaust (Aug 2018) Mishimoto Radiator Cap 1.3Bar (Oct 2019) Approx. Being as honest as possible as I don’t want to mess anyone around and vice-versa, there are a few minor points with the age of a car like this (happy to send further photos as the below sounds worst than it is): Bonnet: Few flecks of paint missing and minor bubbling. Front Wings: Few flecks of paint missing and minor bubbling. Rear Bumper: A few scratches on the plastic. Wheels: A couple of curbs and slight flaking of paint. I have intentionally not sorted the above cosmetics as the plan was to replace the bonnet with a vented one, add wider front fenders, add Evo 9 rear bumper and change the wheels and it would have been throwaway money. See attached photos. This is a genuine car and all the history to prove everything mentioned above. This has taken me a long time to build the car, please no silly offers. Based in Surrey 07854 276315 Asking price is £12000 ono ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by The Gap; 29-12-2019 at 14:15.. Hi All, had limited interest. Any thoughts on the price or suggestions to sell the car and parts separately?
Thanks |

Looks like I'm going to sell the car & parts separately. This Advert will be updated to sell only the car tomorrow. I'll create a second advert in the parts section for all the parts listed. Walbro 400 would be £75 plus £6.95 for postage.

I have amended the advert to sell the car only and will create a parts advert shortly. The car is now priced at £12000. What do people think regarding this price? Too high, low, or about right? Thanks
