C Tec Modular

Evening all,

Iíve been told a C Tec Modular down pipe for an Evo 7-9 will fit an Evo 5 if you use the later cat? Is this BS? Anyone know? Nigel S?

I’d have hazard a guess as rubbish as even if you did fit a different cat the cat back wouldn’t fit. I’d also imagine that the dimensions will be totally different

Iíve had both models but Iím sure Nigel could confirm they are different, Iíd push for the v band newer type if I was you.

Wished they had made a titanium v band full system that would be tasty

Completely wrong, this will not work for a number of reasons. You will need the correct modular system and de-cat for Evo 4-6.

There is one on Facebook yep, but it was someone selling one months ago that tried to tell me it would fit.. I didn’t believe them. But when this one popped up I thought I’d entertain the question
