To poke an old thread.

I'm doing a Evo VI GSR with AYC an ecu conversion to Evo 8 ecu four socket.

So what is needed to be changed on the stock VI wiring?

This is what ive got:

Recap For Evo4/5/6 to Evo7/8 Ecu wiring conversion:
Connect cable 8 to pin 22 (Fuel pump relay swaps with AC control relay) *not req. for Evo7 ecus I checked
Connect cable 22 to pin 8 (AC control relay swaps with Fuel pump relay) *not req. for Evo7 ecus I checked
Disconnect pin 87 AYC/ACD signal
Connect Cable 20 to pin 32 (Rad. fan hi to Condensor fan hi)
Connect Cable 21 to pin 34 (Rad. fan lo to Condensor fan lo)
Connect cable 6 Secondary air system to pin 53
Disconnect pin 91 or rewire for IC sprayer manual operation

So will my AYC rear work still? Also was wondering that I won't do the fuel pump relay change..

Thanks already!

Thumbs up

Thanks BarryC. This what I'm looking for! I'm looking all over the Internet and found multiple pinouts that I'm currently putting together, to help finish my conversion.

Phew!!

Sorry for go up in this old post, but I┤m in same situation...
In my TME, I want to make the conversion to Evo VIII Ecu
My questions are:

Connect cable 8 to pin 22 (Fuel pump relay swaps with AC control relay) OK
Connect cable 22 to pin 8 (AC control relay swaps with Fuel pump relay) OK
Disconnect pin 87 AYC/ACD signal is that need? my car has AYC
Connect Cable 20 to pin 32 (Rad. fan hi to Condensor fan hi)
Connect Cable 21 to pin 34 (Rad. fan lo to Condensor fan lo)
OK, but it┤s not need to swap pins 32 and 34 condensor fan Hi/lo Evo 6 only, as BarryC posted?
Connect cable 6 Secondary air system to pin 53 PIn53?? Pin53 is in blank in VIII ecu pin out
Disconnect pin 91 or rewire for IC sprayer manual operation

Thanks in advance for your help
