Old skool did u ask for the head too b chemically cleaned n flat tested? Just wondered that's all as it's not stated in gaz,s rod job convertion wats done list? If it is included like u have said maybe gaz should add it too the convertion list for even more appeal:handsup::smthumbup

Didn't it say up to 550bhp in the first line? Ofcourse, this can/will be achieved in combination with maybe different intake, injectors, fuel pump, ECU-flash and some other bits & bobs.
At least the rod job should be able to handle 550bhp :smthumbup
I think you would struggle to see any more than 400 with that turbo if I'm honest. But at least you would be safe in the knowledge once rod jobbed it would be bomb proof with that turbo!:smthumbup
If it were me I would opt for the HKS KAI 7460 which would see you at around 470 with the right supporting mods. Then the TT205b would be my next choice which would give you 530 with supporting mods. Both turbos stock frame.:smthumbup
