What else have you done? Did you follow the steps regarding the trigger setup and more importantly set the base timing? Are you still using wasted spark ignition?

Have done a lot on the car, yes i did apart from the protractor as I've not cut any teeth on the Crank wheel I've left it 18 teeth. Have set base timing using an old coil and plug lead as I'm running wasted spark plus COP. I can get it to Lock at 5degrees btdc but still no luck at getting it to run

Did the car run on the Link before you changed the trigger disc?

Is that not the main issue to start with as your ecu will have no idea what position the engine is actually in without that reference point? Obviously the ECU will need to know at what angle this missing tooth should be in too.
